Busboy:

• supports servers and restocking supplies

• May assist with greeting customers or answering basic inquiries. 

• Setting tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments. 

• Ensures a clean and organized dining environment by clearing tables.

• Helping with other tasks as directed by the server or management. 

Barbacks:

• Restock liquor bottles, beer kegs, and other bar supplies. 

• Refill and restock glasses, stirrers, shakers, and other bartending tools. 

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, tables, and floors. 

• Assists bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently.

• Potentially work the deep fryers and get food from the kitchen counter to the customer's table. 
  

Wait Staff:

• Greet customers warmly and seat them efficiently. 

• Present menus and answer questions about dishes and specials. 

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere. 

• Offer recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience. 

• Handle customer requests and address any issues promptly and professionally. 

Dishwasher:

• Loading and unloading dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware into and out of dishwashers. 

• Physical stamina, as the job involves standing and walking for extended periods. 

• Cleaning small kitchen appliances, such as blenders, coffee machines, mixers, and toasters. 

• Assisting with food preparation or other tasks as requested by the chef or managers. 

• Ensuring all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety regulations.
